Duffy Johnson
St. Cloud, MN

Johnson was a fixture in St. Cloud's baseball scene more than 50 years. He was co-chair of the state amateur tournament when it was at the Municipal Athletic Complex in 1979, 1982, 1993 and 2002. He also was the chair of the state American Legion tournament in St. Cloud in 1999 and 2005. He was a fine player in his day at St. Cloud Cathedral High School in the mid 1950s, helping the Crusaders to a state parochial school championship in 1954. He was known for his countless hours of volunteer work that helped keep St. Cloud recognized as a baseball town, from the amateurs to tee ball.
