ROBERT "BOB " Sturm- 2010 -

--Bob began his high school baseball career with the Springfield Tigers from 1956-1960. He played amateur baseball for Springfield from 1961-1980. After he finished playing he served on the Springfield baseball board. His involvement in baseball continues by helping run the concession stand for the VFW, Legion and Town team games, and helps with field maintenance. He also runs the scoreboard and does the announcing for many of the games . Bob is very active in the community as a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Jaycees, the Lions, and
